How we relate to the feelings of comfort, stretch and panic help and hinder our progress towards goal achievement. Effective coaching challenges the status quo, supporting you to move beyond your comfort zone, as it is in the ‘stretch zone’ that meaningful and substantial improvement is realised.

 

Coaching creates an environment where your goals can be determined within realistic timescales. I will support you in creating manageable steps to success which will challenge you in a positive and motivating way, avoiding the negativity that can be experienced in 'Panic' and the lack of commitment that can surface in 'Comfort'.

 

As your coach, I am able to determine 'how' you want to be coached throughout the process and ensure that your developmental journey is most appropriate and rewarding for you.

That feeling of being 'comfortable' may lack the challenge you need for meaningful and sustainable improvement. Spend significant time here and you may not be moving yourself forward sufficiently.
